This exclusive villa consists of 3 levels distributed as follows:
On the main floor, we find a large living room with two spacious sofas and a dining area for 6 people, from which we have access to a fantastic terrace with views of Sa Riera beach and the pool. A fully equipped independent kitchen where the second dining area is located, ideal for breakfast and from which we access the beautiful terrace with sea views. On this same floor, we would have a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a twin room, and a fully equipped complete bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a private apartment for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the owner, with an independent entrance, from behind the house, with which no exterior area of the house is shared, only the parking area. The two floors are completely separated by locked doors, which block passage. The owner does not live in the house but may be in their private apartment some vacation days.
Behind the pool, there are access stairs to the fantastic terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquility and privacy of this property, with a dining area with magnificent views of the sea and the surroundings, 360 degrees.
