About the Reservation

How can I book accommodation? Booking with AMARAVA HOST is very simple. Simply select your travel dates and preferred destination (such as Palamós, Calonge, Tamariu or Platja d'Aro) in our search engine. Choose the property you like best, review the details and click on "Book now". Follow the steps to complete payment securely and you will receive immediate confirmation by email.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfers. The entire payment process is carried out through a secure gateway to guarantee the protection of your data.

What is the cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy varies depending on the property and the rate selected at the time of booking. Generally, we offer flexible options. You can consult the specific conditions on each accommodation's listing before confirming your reservation. For any questions, our team is at your disposal.

Do I need to pay a security deposit? Yes, most of our properties require a security deposit to cover potential damages. This amount is pre-authorized on your credit card before arrival and is automatically released a few days after your departure, once our team has verified that the accommodation is in perfect condition.

About my Stay

How does the check-in process work? We offer a fast and contactless online check-in process! Days before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete your online registration, where you can sign the contract and provide the necessary documentation. Once completed, we will send you detailed instructions to access the property, either by means of a key safe with a code or a smart lock.

What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in: Generally, entry can be made from 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Departure must be made before 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility with these times (early check-in or late check-out), please consult us in advance and we will try to accommodate your request according to availability.

What is included in the rental price? The price of your stay includes the fully equipped accommodation, bed linen, towels, basic supplies (water, electricity, gas) and final cleaning. Some properties may offer additional services such as cribs or high chairs, which you can request during the booking process.

Are pets allowed? We know that pets are part of the family! We have a selection of "pet-friendly" accommodations in destinations such as Tossa de Mar or Saus. Use the "Pets allowed" filter in our search engine or check the "Rules" section in the property description to confirm if your furry friend is welcome.

About the Properties

Do the properties have WiFi? Yes, the vast majority of our apartments, villas and houses on the Costa Brava and Barcelona have free high-speed WiFi internet connection for our guests. You can confirm this service in the "Services" section of each property listing.

Are the accommodations equipped for long stays? Of course! Our properties are designed to make you feel at home. They have fully equipped kitchens, a washing machine and all the necessary amenities for you to enjoy a prolonged and comfortable stay, whether working remotely or simply disconnecting in a unique environment like Peratallada or Tamariu.
